Brgy. Kayvalugan, Basco, Batanes

Pension Ivatan arguably serves the most scrumptious rendition of Lunis, the Ivatan version of adobo. The restaurant is also known for serving good Coconut Crab, although the dish is seasonal and is not served all the time.
