Services

Price ranges indicated in the site are based on regular season rates. Price ranges can be higher for peak seasons.

Hotel price ranges are based on double occupancy per room.

Tour price ranges are based on a minimum of five people. Rates will be higher for groups of less than five who want to avail of a private tour.

Our operating hours are as follows: Mondays – Fridays, 9am – 6pm and Saturdays, 9am – 1pm. Expect a delayed response for transactions outside operating hours.

Quotations

Price stated in the quotations sent is subject to change based on availability. The rate is subject to change depending on when the customer sends/deposits their payment. No booking or reservation will be made until the customer has confirmed the booking through their payment.

A payment deadline will be given to customers to hold the reservation. For customers purchasing a package with airfare, seats that were quoted while on sale cannot be reserved and will be subject to availability without prior notice.

Failure to deposit payment will forfeit the booking and will thus result to releasing of the reservation.

All price ranges for the tours are based on at least a group of five (typically referred to as a joiners’ tour or a joined group) rate unless otherwise stated in the quotation or requested for. The joiners’ tour however, is not always available for all destinations.

Cash/check basis only. Only air tickets can be paid via credit card. Air tickets paid via credit card are subject to an additional 4.5% system charge. Other payment methods are PayPal and office walk-ins. Kindly contact us for more information regarding this.

Payments made after operating hours are subject to rate change based on availability.

Scanned deposit slips are to be sent to book@bookie.ph to confirm the booking.

Tours for Coron and Puerto Princesa are automatically based on joiners’ rate, unless otherwise requested.

Confirmed Bookings

Reservations are considered confirmed once a Confirmation Voucher from Bookie Travel Shop Inc. has been sent to the client’s email account.

Bookings will only be valid on the confirmed dates agreed upon by Bookie Travel Shop Inc and the client.

Rebooking fees will apply for date changes and will be subject to availability.

Flights Bookings

Tickets availed on sale are non-transferable, non-rebookable, and non-refundable.

Tickets availed at the regular rate can be transferred and rebooked with extra charges.

Tickets availed at the regular rate can be partly refunded.

The fine print of the chosen airline shall apply.

Regular airfare reservations can only be held between four hours to two days, depending on the airline. The quoted price for airfare will only be unchanging within the duration of reservation. Seats on promo fare cannot be reserved.

Discount applies for infants below two years old at the time of travel.

Passengers aged two to 59 will be charged the regular fare.

Select airlines apply discount for senior passengers (60 years old and above), provided they are Filipino residents and could provide a Senior Citizen card issued within the Philippines.

Only 7kg carry-on baggage comes complimentary with the airfare. Check-in baggage is typically not yet included in the quoted rate.

Hotel Bookings

Cancellations received 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a rate equivalent to one night. Cancellations received five days prior to arrival will be charged for the full duration of stay.

At check-in, Confirmation Voucher must be presented to the front desk.

Standard check-in time is at 2:00pm and standard checkout time is at 12:00nn. Request for early check-in or late checkout is subject to availability and can only be confirmed on the day of travel.

The total price paid for bookings only covers items specified in the voucher provided. It does not include mini-bar items, telephone usage, internet usage (if it not complimentary) and other services not included in the given package. The hotel/establishment will bill you directly for your purchases.

No cash back or credit for no-show.

Tour Bookings

Joiners’ tours are only available for Coron and Puerto Princesa. We offer private tours for other destinations.

In the case that a joiners’ tour has been availed of but is not available on the tour day due to lack of other joining tourists, the customer will have three options:
1. Get a refund for the paid amount for that specific tour,
2. Avail of another tour with the necessary adjustments in the rates; or
3. Pay for the price difference of a joiners’ and a private tour. For private tour rates, please contact us.

Force Majeure

Some equipment, facilities and activities may be temporarily unavailable due to sea and weather conditions, renovations and repair.

Cancelled bookings due to force majeure are non-refundable.
